Common use of Duration and Notice Clause in Contracts

Duration and Notice. This Agreement and each of its provisions shall be effective as of its signing and shall continue in full force and effect from January 1, 2023 until December 31, 2026. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing no sooner than one-hundred twenty (120) nor less than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date of this Agreement that it desires to modify this Agreement.

It 2026 and shall be automatically renewed continue thereafter from year to year thereafter unless notice is given in writing of the desire to change, modify or terminate the Agreement by either party shall notify to the other in writing party no sooner than one-hundred twenty (120) nor less than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date expiration of this Agreement that it desires to modify this Agreementsuch period.

It shall be automatically renewed 2024 and from year to year thereafter thereafter, unless either party shall notify the other in writing no sooner than one-hundred twenty (120) nor less than sixty (60) 120 days prior to the anniversary date of this Agreement contract that it desires to modify and/or amend this Agreement.

This Agreement agreement and each of its provisions shall be effective as of its signing May 1, 2019 and shall continue in full force and effect from January 1until April 30, 2023 until December 31, 2026. It shall be automatically renewed from year to year and thereafter unless either party shall notify the other in writing no sooner than one-hundred twenty 90 days (120or by Feb 1st) nor less than sixty (60) days prior to the anniversary date of this Agreement contract, that it desires to modify and/ or amend this Agreement.
