Duration of Company. The Company shall continue in existence until the earlier of (a) December 31, 2010 and (b) the date the Company is dissolved in accordance with section 8.
Duration of Company. The Company shall continue until the earlier of:
(a) The decision of the Board of Managers to dissolve the Company;
(b) The expiration of the term of the Company set forth in Section 1.4 hereof; or
(c) The sale or other disposition of all Company Property and the distribution of all sales proceeds resulting therefrom to the Members in accordance with this Agreement.
Duration of Company. The Company shall have perpetual existence unless and until dissolved by action of the manager.

Duration of Company. The term of the Company shall begin upon the acceptance of the Articles of Organization with the Department and shall continue in existence until May 30, 2026, unless sooner terminated pursuant to any provisions of this Agreement or as otherwise provided by law, and unless extended by the unanimous vote of the Members.
Duration of Company. The duration of Company shall be the maximum allowed by law, which is thirty (30) years from its date of organization, unless dissolved earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law.

Duration of Company. The term of the Company commenced on December 15, 2010, which is the date the Certificate of Formation was filed with the Mississippi Secretary of State and the Company shall thereafter have a duration without any specific date of dissolution and shall exist until December 31, 2060 or otherwise cut short by the provisions of any other Article within this Agreement or until dissolved upon the written consent of all of the Members (the “Term”).
