Common use of DURATION OF CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF CONTRACT. This contract and each of its provisions is binding and effective as of July1, 2017 and shall remain in full force and effective until June 30,2020 or until a successor contract is negotiated.

This contract will remain in full force and effective until June 30,2020 or until a successor contract is negotiatedeffect for the full period of three (3) years and its terms will not be renegotiated during said period.

This contract shall not be modified in whole or until a successor contract is negotiatedin part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties.

This contract shall be effective July 1, 2011, and each of its provisions is binding and effective as of July1, 2017 and shall remain continue in full force and effective effect until June 30,2020 or until a successor contract is negotiated30, 2015. All proposals will be retroactive July 1, 2011 unless so stated.

DURATION OF CONTRACT. 11.1 This contract shall be retroactive July 1, 2012, and each of its provisions is binding and effective as of July1, 2017 and shall remain continue in full force and effective effect until June 30,2020 or 30, 2015, until a successor contract agreement is negotiatedplaced in effect.
