Common use of Duration of Employment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Employment. The term of employment shall be one (1) year, commencing on the 10th of February, 2019, and terminating the 9th of February, 2020, and can be renewed on a year to year basis, subject however, to prior termination as otherwise provided herein.
