  • Resolution of Employee Dismissal or Suspension Disputes The following procedure shall be used for the resolution of disputes relating to the dismissal or suspension of an employee(s):

  • Availability of Service We will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available for your use on a continuous basis. The Service may be unavailable for short periods of time for regular or emergency system maintenance. We will endeavor to have our scheduled maintenance occur during non-peak hours. In addition, accessibility to the Service may be interrupted because of conditions beyond our control, including outages in Internet, cellular or other communications availability. We will use diligent efforts to re-establish the Services as promptly as possible. We do not promise the Service will always be available for your use. We may elect to discontinue this Service at any time. If we choose to discontinue the Service, we will provide you with reasonable notice in advance of that fact. We reserve the right at all times to take actions to protect our systems and information, including denial of access to users of the Service.

  • Effect of Expiration or Termination Upon any expiration or termination of this Agreement, except as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement:

  • Duration of Suspension In the event Interconnection Customer suspends work by Interconnected Transmission Owner required under an Interconnection Service Agreement or Interconnection Construction Service Agreement pursuant to this Section 3.4, and has not requested Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner to recommence the work required under the applicable agreement(s) on or before the expiration of the time period allowed under this Section 3.4 following commencement of such suspension, the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement and the Interconnection Service Agreement for the Interconnection Request for which Interconnection Customer suspended work shall be deemed terminated as of the end of such suspension time period. The suspension time shall begin on the date the suspension is requested, or on the date of Interconnection Customer’s written notice of suspension to Transmission Provider, if no effective date was specified.

  • Calculation of Continuous Service For the purposes of this clause service shall be deemed to be continuous notwithstanding:

  • Termination or Suspension of Service We may suspend or terminate your access to or use of any or all of our services at any time without cause in our sole discretion. We may immediately suspend your use of our services if you breach this or any other agreement with us or we have reason to believe there has been or may be an unauthorized use of your account.

  • H4 Consequences of Expiry or Termination H4.1 Where the Authority terminates the Contract under clause F5.5 (Remedies in the Event of Inadequate Performance) or clause H2 (Termination on Default) and then makes other arrangements for the supply of Services, the Authority may recover from the Contractor the cost reasonably incurred of making those other arrangements and any additional expenditure incurred by the Authority throughout the remainder of the Contract Period.   • Meal Breaks and Rest Periods 7.1 Except when required for urgent or emergency work and except as provided in 7.2 below, no employee shall be required to work for more than five hours continuously without being entitled to a meal break of not less than half an hour. There will be only one meal break of not less than half an hour during a 10 hour shift.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Overtime-Eligible Rest Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to rest periods that vary from and supersede the rest periods required by WAC 000-000-000. Employees will be allowed rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes for each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours worked at or near the middle of each one-half (1/2) shift of four (4) or more hours. Rest periods do not require relief from duty. Rest periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and rest and meal periods will not be combined.
