DURATION OF INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT. a. This Agreement shall be effective when executed by both Parties with resolutions passed by the governing bodies of each Party. The approval and terms of this Agreement shall be entered in the official minutes of the governing bodies of each Party. An executed copy of this Agreement and any amendments shall be filed by the County Clerk with the Secretary of State.
