Duration of MOU. This Agreement shall be valid from the date of signing, and continue to be in force, and terminate without prejudice to any antecedent liabilities upon the occurrence of any of the following, whichever is earliest: a) By mutual agreement b) By substituting this Memorandum of Understanding with a detailed Purchase Order c) If the contract is awarded by CUSTOMER on other Bidder.
