Common use of Duration of Order Clause in Contracts

Duration of Order. This Order will continue in effect for a term expiring on March 31, 2010, unless it is Cancelled or Terminated before that date. The Parties may extend the term of this Order beyond that date by mutual written agreement. The terms and conditions of this Order cover all Services started prior to the execution of this Order, from April 1, 2008 up until execution of this Order.
