Common use of Duration of Retraining Clause in Contracts

Duration of Retraining. This retraining opportunity shall continue for up to three (3) years from the date of layoff or until such person is recalled, whichever occurs first. Where a person has not completed a course or program in which he/she is enrolled at the time of recall, the College shall consider ways of enabling the individual to complete the course or program.
