Duration of the Framework Partnership Agreement. The Framework Partnership Agreement shall remain valid until 31 December 2007. The FPA may be carried over tacitly for a further maximum period of one year, unless one of the Parties expresses a request to the contrary, informing the other by registered letter with advice of delivery at least one month before this date. The Commission reserves the right to terminate the FPA prior to this date, notably in the event of changes in the legal base of humanitarian aid, serving 60 days advance notice.
