RUS shall issue to the Grantee a suspension notice stating the reasons for the suspension, any corrective action which the Grantee may be required to take, and the effective date of the suspension. The suspension shall remain in effect until RUS provides written notice to the Grantee that all corrective actions which RUS may have prescribed have been taken, or until RUS provides the Grantee with written notification of the termination of the suspension.

D.2.4 The decision regarding suspension of business dealings should also be communicated to the agency.
D.2.5 If a prima-facie, case is made out that the agency is guilty on the grounds which can result in banning of business dealings, proposal for issuance of suspension order and show cause notice shall be put up to the Competent Authority. The suspension order and show cause notice must include that
(i) the agency is put on suspension list and (ii) why action should not be taken for banning the agency for future business from GAIL. The competent authority to approve the suspension will be same as that for according approval for banning.
Suspension Procedure a. The Superintendent or his or her designee has the right to suspend a member with or without pay for disciplinary purposes. The length of the suspension shall be appropriate based upon the disciplinary infraction.
b. Prior to any suspension, the Superintendent or his or her designee shall conduct an investigation of the incident or infraction(s) upon which any such suspension will be based. The results of the investigation shall be reduced to writing and given to the member along with a recommendation for a possible suspension with or without pay.
c. Pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code, within five (5) days of the member’s receiving written notification of a possible suspension with or without pay, the member may request and shall be granted a meeting with the Superintendent or his or her designee. This meeting shall be held within five (5) days of receipt of the request. The member shall have the right for Association representation at the meeting.
Suspension Procedure a) Before suspending the Framework Partnership Agreement, the Commission shall formally notify the Humanitarian Organisation of its intention to suspend the Agreement, specifying the reasons thereof. The Humanitarian Organisation shall be invited to submit observations within 30 calendar days from receipt of the notification.
b) If, after examination of the observations submitted by the Humanitarian Organisation, the Commission decides to stop the suspension procedure, it shall formally notify the Humanitarian Organisation thereof.
c) If no observations have been submitted or if, despite the observations submitted by the Humanitarian Organisation, the Commission decides to pursue the suspension procedure, it shall suspend the Framework Partnership Agreement by formally notifying the Humanitarian Organisation thereof, specifying the reasons for the suspension, and the indicative date of completion of the necessary verifications.
d) The suspension shall take effect on the day of the receipt by the Humanitarian Organisation of the notification referred to in Article 8(2)(c) herein or on a later date where the notification so provides.
Suspension Procedure. If the custodian fails or refuses to perform adequately the assigned responsibility(ies) or fails to respond to a direct order which is a part of the job description, the employee may be suspended for up to five (5) days without pay. The supervisory procedure shall be as follows:
1. The custodian shall be verbally informed of the inadequacy of the performance of responsibilities or failure to respond to a direct order which is a part of the job description.
2. The custodian shall be notified, in writing, of the inadequacy of the performance or failure to respond to a direct order which is a part of the job description.
3. The custodian may be suspended, without pay, for up to five (5) days at the discretion of the Director of Business Services, or his designee, who shall be a direct supervisor of the custodian, for inadequacy of performance or failure to respond to a direct order which is a part of the job description.

Suspension from the service will be until such time the Manager is satisfied that the issue is resolved and not prior to being notified, in writing, by the Educator and/or Department of Education that the matter which resulted in the suspension has been dealt with by the relevant authority and that returning the children to the Educator will have no adverse effects on them or their families. • An Educator who feels she/he has had their agreement unreasonably suspended may request a review by the Chief People and Capability Officer. • Educators should supply notice that they intend to appeal to the Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health’s Head of Services and/or Chief of Operations within five working days. Suspension Procedure notwithstanding the terms of Clause 16.4 below, in the event of a Company’s Default as per Clause 16.1.b), the Repairer shall be entitled to suspend all or part of this Agreement by way of Notice of suspension which shall specify:
