Duration of Warranties. Seller’s warranties of conformance, defects and liens shall be in effect for the longer of either (i) Seller's normal warranty period, or (ii) one year following the date of acceptance of the Goods or Services by AGILENT. All other warranties provided by Seller under this Order shall be in effect perpetually.
Duration of Warranties. The limited warranties provided under Section 11.B shall commence upon performance of the Services or delivery of the Deliverables, as the case may be, and shall last for a period of thirty (30) days (“Warranty Period”). Client claims for any breach of the warranties must be made in writing within the Warranty Period, fully setting forth the nature of the claim and including all facts and details supporting such claim.
Duration of Warranties. The warranties and the provisions of clause 8.2 remain in full force and are binding notwithstanding Completion until twelve (12) months from the Completion Date and, where before that date the Buyer gives the Seller notice of a claim for a breach of a Warranty, that Warranty does not cease on that date and continues after that date to the extent required to enable the Buyer to prosecute that claim.
Duration of Warranties. AGILENT may deduct from such payment any money that the Seller owes to AGILENT.
Duration of Warranties. All of Supplier’s warranties referenced in this Order shall be in effect for the longer of either (i) Supplier's normal warranty period, or (ii) sixty three (63) months following the date of acceptance of the Goods or Services by BRIDGELUX. All other warranties provided by Supplier under this Order shall be in effect perpetually.
Duration of Warranties. (a) The Warranties of the Parties shall remain in full force and will be binding notwithstanding Completion, provided, however, that any claim with respect thereto will terminate on the following dates:
(i) Claims concerning Taxes contained in the indemnity in clause 7.2 (a) and Warranty 11 will expire on the sixth anniversary of the Completion Date;
(ii) Claims concerning Intellectual Property contained in Warranties 17 will expire on the 27 month anniversary of the Completion Date.
(iii) Claims in relation to all matters, other than those specified in clauses 8.4(a)(i) and 8.4(a)(ii) will terminate on the 18 month anniversary of the Completion Date.
Duration of Warranties. The Warranties shall continue in full force and effect despite Settlement and shall continue until the date that is 6 months after Settlement.
Duration of Warranties. Warranties apply only where product is used for its intended purpose in compliance with all HERZAN directions and specifications. In this case the warranty is valid for one year from shipping date.
Duration of Warranties. The representations and warranties of the parties as set forth in this section 5 shall be true and accurate as of the date of this Agreement and shall survive the execution of this Agreement for one year.
Duration of Warranties. All representations and warranties of Jersey under this Agreement shall survive for a period of four (4) years from the date of this Agreement, and shall thereafter expire and be of no further force or effect.
