Limited Warranties. The parties acknowledge that Confidential Information is or may be experimental in nature. THE DISCLOSING PARTY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WITH RESPECT TO THE ACCURACY, UTILITY, SAFETY, OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OR ITS FREEDOM FROM INFRINGEMENT OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTY.

Limited Warranties. VirtaMove warrants that the Software will perform substantially in accordance with its accompanying documentation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date You accept and execute an order for Software. VirtaMove further warrants that the Software will not contain any Harmful Code on delivery to You. VirtaMove does not, however, warrant that the Software will be free of all defects, errors, or inaccuracies. VirtaMove does not warrant that the Software will meet Your requirements. If the Software does not perform in accordance with the warranties set forth in this Section 7, Your exclusive remedy, upon presentation of Your receipt of purchase of a license for the Software, shall be, at VirtaMove’s sole option, to (i) return the license fees paid for the Software, or (ii) repair or replace the Software.

More Definitions of Limited Warranties
Limited Warranties. Appliance Doctor attempts to utilize Customer’s appliance manufacturer’s part(s) in repairing the appliance. However, and within its sole discretion, Appliance Doctor has and reserves the right to utilize appropriate substitute parts for that of Customer’s appliance manufacturer in performing the services and repair. Appliance Doctor provides a limited ninety (90) day warranty on any part(s) utilized. As to its repair services, Appliance Doctor provides a limited ninety (90) day labor warranty. Customer agrees that Appliance Doctor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to repair Customer’s appliance at least three (3) times before providing any or applying any above limited warranty. Further, Customer acknowledges and accepts that Appliance Doctor’s service call procedures and charges thereon, as outlined above, shall apply to any follow-up repair or warranty service repair call. Appliance Doctor is not a factory authorized appliance service dealer. Accordingly, Appliance Doctor does not accept, honor, recognize, provide, or otherwise follow any factory provided or offered warranty. Further, Appliance Doctor is not responsible for Customer’s appliance manufacturer’s discontinuance of any part or item needed to repair your appliance.
Limited Warranties. With respect to Sony branded Products, Sony makes no warranties except those stated in the Sony limited warranty cards included with the Products. In the case of Sony Products sold on an AS IS basis, no Sony limited warranty terms apply to such Products and such Products are sold with all faults as a FINAL SALE. In the case of an optional extended warranty purchase from Sony, such extended warranty documentation is honored. With respect to third party (i.e. non- Sony branded) Products, such Products are sold by Sony AS IS. However, the third party manufacturer or supplier of these Products may offer their own warranties, and you agree to look solely to such manufacturer or supplier for any warranty related claims. SONY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT.
