Warranties by Vendor Sample Clauses

Warranties by Vendor. The Vendor warrants and represents to the Purchaser that, subject to the limitations in this clause 11, each of the Vendor’s Warranties are true and accurate at the Agreement Date and will be so at Completion. The Vendor shall notify the Purchaser immediately if it becomes aware of a fact or circumstance which would cause a Warranty to be untrue or inaccurate if given at the Agreement Date or Completion.
