DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. 9.1 This Agreement shall be valid for an initial period of five years, commencing 1 July 2023 and ending 1 July 2028, unless terminated earlier by either party by giving three months’ notice in writing to the other party. The parties may agree in writing to extend this Agreement for subsequent periods of two years.
DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. 21.1 This Agreement is made and entered into on this 14th day of June 2011 by and between the Xxxx School District and the TESA/MEA/NEA, is effective July 1, , 2011 and shall remain in full force and effect through June 30, 2013. In the event either party wishes to terminate this Agreement or modify or amend any Article or Clause thereof, then notice to that effect shall be given in writing to the other party no less than sixty (60) days prior to the termination date of this contract. The modification or amendment of any specific Article or Clause shall not affect the remainder of this contract.
DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. 33 AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of between the CHARLEVOIX COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, Charlevoix, Michigan (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"), and the CHARLEVOIX COUNTY CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, (hereinafter referred to as the "Association").
DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. 29.01 This Agreement shall remain in effect from June 1, 2007 to and including May 31, 2009 and shall be deemed renewed thereafter from year to year unless either party gives written notice to the other of a desire to modify or terminate the same. Such written notice must be given at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date of May 31, 2009 or at least sixty (60) days prior to May 31 of any following year in the event such notice has not been given prior to March 31, 2009.

DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect through June 30, 2021, and may be terminated or modified as set forth in this Article below:
DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. The term of this Agreement shall commence July 1, 2020 and shall be renewed automatically for succeeding terms of one year each (“Contract Year”) beginning annually on July 1 and ending on June 30, unless written notice to the contrary is received no later than March 1. Such notice may be given by personal delivery to the President of the Board of Trustees of Xxxxxx Public Library and the Linn-Mar Community School District Superintendent, or by certified mail to said officials. Unless terminated as provided herein or as provided by law, Contract Year shall run concurrently with the appropriate budgetary fiscal year for Xxxxxx Public Library. This agreement shall not be modified except by written agreement signed by both Entities.

DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. The BMZ and the Foundation agree and understand that this MoU will not create or give rise to any legally binding obligations upon either partner to perform any activities or provide any funding. Neither partner is obligated to provide funding toward the purposes described in this MoU; accordingly, this MoU will not provide the basis to bind either partner to provide any funding. Any funding to be provided by either the BMZ or the Foundation will be decided in the sole discretion of the partner that is providing the funding and will be based upon the execution of individual grant or other funding agreements that will specify the terms of the payment, required reporting commitments and other applicable contents. No provision of this MoU and no action by the organizations will establish or be deemed to establish a partnership, joint venture, principal-agent relationship or employer-employee relationship in any way or for any purpose whatsoever between the partners or other entities. This MoU will commence on the date in which it is duly signed by both partners. It may be reviewed on or before the same dates in 2021, at which time the BMZ and the Foundation may elect to extend it through a written acknowledgement or develop a new MoU. This MoU may be terminated by either partner by giving at least one month’s written advance notice to the other. Termination of this MoU would not have any effect on pre-existing funding commitments by either the BMZ or the Foundation. This MoU may be modified only by mutual written consent of both partners.
DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. This PA shall become effective when signed by both Parties, and continue in force until terminated. All modifications shall be in writing and approved by each Party. The PA may be terminated at any time by mutual consent of all Parties, or by one party by giving sixty (60) days written notice to the other.
