During the School Year. 1. When any vacancy occurs during the school year, notice of such vacancy will be posted at a designated place in each school and a copy of said notice will be sent to the President of the Association at the same time. 2. Such position(s) will not be filled, except on a temporary basis, until ten (10) school days after the notice of vacancy is posted.
