Common use of Dust Control Clause in Contracts

Dust Control. Until the Final Acceptance of all Services to be constructed under this Agreement, the Developer shall use such reasonable method to prevent any dust problem to traffic or home occupants as the Municipality shall deem necessary and for this purpose the Municipality’s Works Superintendent shall notify the Developer in writing from time to time of the requirements of the Municipality.

Dust Control. Until the Certificate of Final Acceptance of all Services to be constructed under this Agreementis issued by the Municipality, the Developer shall use such reasonable method to prevent any dust problem to traffic or home occupants as the Municipality shall deem necessary and for this purpose the Municipality’s Works Superintendent shall notify the Developer in writing from time to time of the requirements of the Municipality.

Until the Final Acceptance of all Services to be constructed under this Agreement, the Developer shall use such reasonable method and at all times environmentally acceptable materials to prevent any dust problem to traffic or home occupants as the Municipality shall deem necessary and for this purpose the Municipality’s Director of Public Works Superintendent shall notify the Developer in writing from time to time of the requirements of the Municipality.
