Common use of Duties and Appeals Clause in Contracts

Duties and Appeals. It shall be the duty of the Committee to perform the functions required of it pursuant to this Declaration; to consider and act upon each Application which is submitted to it pursuant to the terms of this Declaration; to enforce the Design Guidelines if any are adopted; and to perform all other duties delegated to it by the Board or imposed upon it by this Declaration. Any Owner may appeal any decision of the Committee to the Board.
