Duties and Obligations of Employee. Section 2.1. General Job Responsibilities. Employee is being hired for the position of Chief Executive Officer for the Employer. Employee shall report directly to Employer’s Board of Directors. In that capacity, Employee shall be responsible for performing those duties for the Company consistent with the position of Chief Executive Officer of a company and as may from time to time be reasonably assigned to or requested of Employee by the Company’s Board of Directors. Employee shall use his reasonable efforts to perform faithfully and effectively such responsibilities. Employee shall conduct all of his activities in a manner so as to maintain and promote the business and reputation of the Company.

Employee shall report directly to Employer’s Chairman of the Board of Directorsand Chief Executive Officer. In that capacity, Employee shall be responsible for performing those duties for the Company consistent with the position of Chief Executive Officer President of a company and as may from time to time be reasonably assigned to or requested of Employee by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer or its Board of Directors. Employee shall use his reasonable efforts to perform faithfully and effectively such responsibilities.
