Duties and other taxes. The Lessee shall pay all stamp, documentary, registration and other like duties or Taxes (including any such duties or Taxes payable by the Lessor) imposed on or in connection with this Agreement, the Novation Agreement, the Supervision Agreement and the other Transaction Documents and shall indemnify the Lessor against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Lessee to pay such duties or Taxes.

Duties and other taxes. The Lessee shall pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or Taxes (including any such Taxes payable by the Lessor) imposed on or in connection with any of the Relevant Documents and shall indemnify the Lessor against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by the Lessee to pay such duties or Taxes. The Lessor by way of covenant but not as a condition precedent to the liability of the Lessee hereunder shall, except to the extent that its business or taxation interests are otherwise prejudiced, use its reasonable endeavours to avoid unnecessarily rendering the Lessee liable under this clause.
