DUTIES AND PLACE OF WORK. 3.1 The Executive shall (unless prevented by ill health) devote the whole of his time and attention during normal business hours (except during holidays) entirely to the business of the Group subject to and in accordance with any general or special directions which may from time to time be given to him by the Board and will well and faithfully perform the same and use his utmost endeavours to promote the interests of the Group.
