Duties of Department Coordinator. 16.3.6.1 In advance of the selection process, the duties of the department coordinator shall be determined by agreement of the xxxx of the division and at least fifty (50) percent of the department faculty. The duties shall be specified in writing and signed by at least fifty (50) percent of the department faculty. A copy of the agreed upon duties shall be retained by the District and shall be available to the Association upon request.
