  • Weekly Guarantee Apprentices must be employed a minimum of forty (40) hours per week.

  • Daily Guarantee (a) Subject to the provisions of subsection (c), an employee reporting for a scheduled shift on the call of the Employer, shall receive the employee's regular hourly rate of pay for the entire period spent at the place of work, with a minimum of two (2) hours' pay at the regular hourly rate.

  • Consumer Guarantees (a) Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers (as defined in the ACL) have the benefit of certain Consumer Guarantees:

  • Guarantees The Note will be entitled to the benefits of certain Guarantees made for the benefit of the Holders. Reference is hereby made to the Indenture for a statement of the respective rights, limitations of rights, duties and obligations thereunder of the Guarantors, the Trustee and the Holders.

  • No Quantity Guarantees The System Agency makes no guarantee of volume or usage of work under this Contract. All Work requested may be on an irregular and as needed basis throughout the Contract term.

  • Warranty/Guarantee 14.1.1 Developer shall obtain and preserve for the benefit of the District, manufacturer’s warranties on materials, fixtures, and equipment incorporated into the Work.

  • Performance Guarantees Contractor agrees to provide the County the performance guarantees specified in Attachment A and to pay any penalties incurred in accordance with the terms of Attachment A.

  • Parent Company Guarantee Upon execution of this CONTRACT, the CONTRACTOR shall deliver to the COMPANY a PARENT COMPANY GUARANTEE from the company named in Appendix 1 to Section I – Form of Agreement for proper performance of its obligations under this Contract. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain in force the PARENT COMPANY GUARANTEE for the duration of its liability under this CONTRACT.

  • Payment Guarantee 20.1 On Contracts where one hundred (100%) percent performance bonds and payment bonds are executed, this Article 20 does not apply.

  • No Guarantees The District will make good faith efforts to protect children from improper or harmful matter which may be on the Internet. At the same time, in signing this agreement, the parent and Student recognize that the District makes no guarantees about preventing improper access to such materials on the part of the Student.
