Duty Free Period. An employee shall be entitled to a thirty (30) minute unpaid duty free period at a time directed by the building/program supervisor if the employee is regularly scheduled to work 5 ½ hours or more per day. Such a period may be mandatory at the discretion of the building/program supervisor. Employees regularly scheduled to work four (4) or more hours per day shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute duty free paid break per day. Employees scheduled to work eight (8) hours per day shall be entitled to two (2) such duty free paid breaks.
