DUTY TO ACCCOMMODATE. 9.3.1 The University’s duty to accommodate as per Article 9.2.1 may include, but is not limited to, any necessary adjustments to physical work space, modification of a Member’s work assignment and modification of the time requirements for tenure, promotion and continuing decisions as per Articles 30 and 31 in order to remove barriers that limit the Member’s ability to meet the accepted standards.
