Duty to Bargain. The Employer agrees that bargaining unit work will not be subcontracted or transferred outside the bargaining unit without satisfying its collective bargaining obligation under law. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as to diminish the obligation of the parties to discuss and/or negotiate over those subjects appropriate under the law.
