Duty to Notify Error. The Client shall inform GTJAF within seven (7) days of the possession or knowledge of information if the Client is aware of any discrepancies and/or error with regard to and in connection with any of the Client’s Account information, transactions, settlements and fund transfers. The Client agrees that the Client’s failure to notify of such discrepancy and/or error in a prompt manner would exonerate GTJAF.
Duty to Notify Error. The Client shall inform CCBIS as soon as practicable (but in any case not later than the time as stipulated under Clause 16.4 above) if the Client becomes aware of any discrepancies and/or error with regard to and in connection with any of the Account information, transactions, settlements and fund transfers. CCBIS shall not be liable for any Losses suffered by the Client as a result of the Client’s failure to so inform CCBIS.
