Common use of Duty to Report Clause in Contracts

Duty to Report. All employees who are injured or who are involved in an accident during the course of their employment must fill out an accident report as soon as possible but not more than three (3) working days after the injury on forms furnished by the Employer. Employers may not unreasonably require the employee to delay medical treatment for the purpose of filling out forms.
