Duty to Report. The Owner shall promptly report to the Design Professional any errors, inconsistencies, or omissions that the Owner discovers in the Construction Documents. However, nothing in this Paragraph shall relieve the Design Professional of responsibility for its own errors, inconsistencies, and omissions.
