Common use of Dwelling Unit Clause in Contracts

Dwelling Unit. 22 Any individual living unit in a single family dwelling (SFD), multi-family dwelling 23 (MFD), or Mixed-Use Dwelling (MUD) intended for or capable of being utilized for 24 residential living. Dwelling Unit does not include an individual living unit in a hotel or motel, 25 guesthouse, residential care facility, extended care facility, sorority or fraternity house, 26 school, dormitory, residential service facility, emergency residential shelter, hospital, 27 convent, or monastery, as determined by the City Representative.
