AB 1826. “AB 1826” means State of California Assembly Xxxx No. 1826 approved September 28, 2014. AB 1826 requires each jurisdiction, on and after January 1, 2016, to implement an organic waste recycling program to divert from the landfill organic waste from businesses. Each business meeting specific organic waste or solid waste generation thresholds phased in from April 1, 2016 to January 1, 2020, is required to arrange for organic waste recycling services.

  • Technical Regulations 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment shall be governed by the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade. 2.
