Common use of Dwelling Clause in Contracts

Dwelling. The land and buildings (if any) as sold hereby and inspected by the purchaser are sold on the basis of existing improvements thereon and the purchaser shall not make any requisitions or claim any compensation for any deficiency of defect in the said improvements as to their suitability for occupation or otherwise including any requisition in relation to the issue or non-issue of Building Permits and/or completion of inspections by the relevant authorities in respect of any improvements herein
