Relocation Dates. The Homeowner shall relocate and shall cause its Occupants (including animals) to relocate for the following dates while Work is performed: (a) Unit #1: From to (b) Unit #2: From to (c) Unit #3: From to (d) Unit #4: From to The Homeowner acknowledges that the City may grant an Extension of Time to complete the Work or approve a Supplemental Work Order that changes the Job Order Completion Time pursuant to the HRP Construction Contract. The City shall promptly notify that Homeowner of such actions and the notice shall state whether the Homeowner and/or Occupants must continue to be relocated during such Work.

Relocation Dates. In accordance with the Uniform Relocation Act and the City’s policy implementing the Act, the Homeowner shall relocate and shall cause its Occupants (including animals) to relocate for the following dates while Work is performed: (a) Unit #1: From to (b) Unit #2: From to (c) Unit #3: From to (d) Unit #4: From to Note: If applicable, a written explanation concerning relocation will be provided to the Homeowner by the City. The Homeowner acknowledges that the City may unilaterally approve a Change Order that changes the Completion Time for Work that is paid for or partially paid for by the City. The City shall promptly notify that Homeowner of such actions and the notice shall state whether the Homeowner and/or Occupants must continue to be relocated during such Work.

  • Relocations When an employee is permanently reassigned or transferred to a new work location thirty-five (35) or more miles away from his/her present work location to accommodate the State's operational needs, he/she shall be reimbursed for actual reasonable and necessary moving expenses by common carrier. If the State requires an employee to live in a specified zone or district after initial assignment, the employee will be reimbursed for actual reasonable and necessary moving expenses by common carrier. An employee will not be permanently reassigned or transferred for disciplinary or arbitrary or capricious reasons. Unless specific requirements dictate otherwise, transfers and reassignments shall be on a voluntary basis from among qualified employees. The most senior employee who is qualified to perform the duties of the position shall be entitled to the transfer or reassignment. If there are no qualified volunteers, the least senior qualified employee shall be transferred. In the event the least senior qualified employee has children of elementary or secondary school age, he/she shall be exempted from this provision in the event no schools are available in the new assignment area or if suitable educational arrangements for such children cannot be mutually agreed to. When an employee is reassigned to a new work location under this Article, he/she will have the option, in lieu of relocation, to have recall rights under the Seniority Article of this Agreement as though he/she were laid off as of the effective date of the reassignment. The State shall provide ninety (90) days advance notice of such relocations whenever possible, and in the event that less than ninety (90) days notice is provided, the State will pay reasonable temporary relocation expenses, pursuant to the Lodging and Meals Article of this Agreement, for any period of less than ninety (90) days notice. This Article does not apply to employees relocating in connection with any reduction in force or to employees in job classes which traditionally have required performance of duties at other than a fixed location.

  • Retention periods Documentation which serves as evidence of orderly and proper data processing must be retained by ATOSS in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods beyond the end of the contract. To relieve itself of this obligation, ATOSS may turn said documentation over to the Customer at the end of the contract.

  • Vacation Periods Vacation schedules will be set by the employee’s immediate supervisor(s) and sent to the Office of Human Resources for approval. Employees may request a particular period for vacation. Vacation days may not be taken in advance of their accrual. Those employees who are on a 12-month teacher contract are paid during Spring Break and Winter Recess, however, are not expected to be in attendance or perform duties during those breaks.

  • Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This XXX shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms. Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX. If this XXX is terminated, the parties agree to move grievances filed under the interim procedure back to the appropriate central or local grievance procedure and to their respective steps in those procedures.

  • Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

  • Seniority Dates Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this Agreement. Such seniority dates shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union.

  • Relocation World Omni shall give WOAR at least 60 days’ prior written notice of any relocation of its principal executive office or jurisdiction of formation if, as a result of such relocation, the applicable provisions of the UCC would require the filing of any amendment of any previously filed financing or continuation statement or of any new financing statement and shall promptly file any such amendment or new financing statement.

  • Wage Increases The wage rates in this Agreement will only be increased in accordance with any increases which may be awarded by the Australian Fair Pay Commission through wage reviews. The level of any increases will be such that the percentage wage increase as set out in Clause 15 of this agreement will be maintained. No additional increases in wage rates will apply to the rate of pay in Clause 15 of this Agreement while it is in operation.

  • Payment Dates Whenever any payment or other obligation hereunder shall be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment shall be made on the next succeeding Business Day.
