Důvěrnost. The Sponsor Information, the Materials and any other information, data and documents, regardless whether in written, graphical, electronic or oral form, disclosed by Sponsor or by a third party on behalf of Sponsor, regardless whether prior to or during the term of this Agreement, as well as all Research Results, Inventions and any other data, information, and documents that relate to the Clinical Trial or Sponsor are “Confidential Information” of Sponsor.
