Each Individual Employer covered by this Agreement shall pay into the Operating Engineers' Pension Trust Fund according to the following schedule for Apprentices: 1st thru 5th Period $9.18 per hour – Effective 6/29/2015 Preferred Schedule of the Rehabilitation Plan: $.63 cents per hour/each year $9.18 per hour – Effective 6/29/2020 $.*per hour – Effective 6/28/2021 $.*per hour – Effective 6/27/2022 * 2021 and 2022 Pending annual review by the Plan’s Actuaries & Trustees

  • Casual Employee A casual employee is one who is employed as a relief or on a replacement basis and is available for call-ins as circumstances demand.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Casual employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to such benefits as are contained in the “Addendum - Casual Employees”.
