Early Amortization Period. On each Payment Date during an Early Amortization Period, the required deposit to the Principal Funding Sub-Account for the Class B(2005-B1) Notes will be the Adjusted Invested Amount for the Class B(2005-B1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period (after taking into account any reductions or increases occurring on such date).

Early Amortization Period. On each Distribution Date related to a Due Period occurring during an Early Amortization Period, in addition to the amount described in (a) above, amounts on deposit in the Series Principal Account will be distributed as principal (up to a maximum of the Invested Amount on such Distribution Date) on the Series 1995-1 Certificates; provided, however, that upon the occurrence of an Early Amortization Event described in clause (a) of Section 6.01, distributions in respect of the Invested Amount will commence on the immediately succeeding Distribution Date.

Early Amortization Period. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default described in SUBSECTION 9.1(c), (d), (i), (j) OR (k), the outstanding Notes shall be automatically accelerated, the outstanding principal balance thereof shall be immediately due and payable and an Early Amortization Period shall commence without any notice or other action on the part of Trustee or the Holders, immediately upon the occurrence of such Event of Default. Upon the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default described in SUBSECTION 9.1(l) that has not been waived by the Specified Holders in accordance with SECTION 13.1(b) of the Indenture by the expiration of the related Suspension Period, the Outstanding Notes shall be automatically accelerated, the outstanding principal balance thereof shall be immediately due and payable and an Early Amortization Period shall commence without any notice or other action on the part of Trustee or the Holders, immediately upon the expiration of the related Suspension Period. On the tenth day after Issuer receives notice or otherwise becomes aware of the occurrence of any Event of Default described in SUBSECTION 9.1(a), (e) or (h) the outstanding Notes shall be automatically accelerated, the outstanding principal balance thereof shall be immediately due and payable and an Early Amortization Period shall commence without any notice or other action on the part of Trustee or the Holders, unless waived by the Required Holders or, in the case of SUBSECTION 9.1(a), (e) or (h), is otherwise cured prior to such tenth day. Upon the occurrence and continuance of any Event of Default described in any subsection of 9.1 (including SUBSECTION 9.1(a), (e) or (h), but excluding SUBSECTION 9.1 (c), (d), (i), (j) or (k)), after the applicable grace period, if any, set forth in such subsection, if so directed by the Specified Holders, Trustee shall by notice then given in writing to Issuer and Servicer, declare that the outstanding Notes have been accelerated, the outstanding principal balance thereof is now due and payable and an Early Amortization Period has commenced as of the date of Issuer's receipt of the notice.
Early Amortization Period. At the beginning of each Allocation Day during the Early Amortization Period, the Servicer will allocate Investor Principal Collections in the following amounts and in the following priorities (in each case until the referenced amounts have been so allocated during the related Collection Period): (A) an amount equal to the VBC Principal Balance until the VBC Principal Balance has been reduced to zero; and (B) the balance to the Depositor for application in accordance with the Receivables Purchase Agreement.

On the date such notice is sent, Trustee shall provide the Agent with a copy of such notice in accordance with Section 10.7 of the Certificate Purchase Agreement.
