Early Drop-off and Late Pickup Fees. The client will pay an additional fee of $ per minute if the child is dropped off earlier or picked up later than the time stipulated in this contract.  The client will pay $ per minute when a child is picked up later than the time stipulated in this contract.  The client will pay [$.50 / $1.00] per minute when the child is dropped off earlier than scheduled or picked up later than scheduled.  All fees for early drop-off and late pickup are due at the end of that day of care.  The provider will use the clock in the room to determine if any early drop-off or late pickup fees apply and, if so, how much.  The provider is willing to provide evening care after the day program ends at PM. The evening rate is $ per [minute / half hour / hour].  The provider is willing to provide care after the client’s regular pickup time of PM. After that time the child care rate will be $ per [minute / half hour / hour].  If the client fails to pick up the child by PM, the provider may choose to have another caregiver take the child. The client must provide the name of this backup caregiver when signing the contract.  If the client fails to pick up the child by PM, the provider will terminate the child care agreement.  If the client’s child care needs change while this contract is in effect, the client will pay an hourly rate of $ for child care hours over those specified in this contract.

Early Drop-off and Late Pickup Fees. If the parent/guardian picks up later than the times specified above, the following overtime rate will be charged after 15 minutes: $35.00 per day and is due before the child is allowed back to child care. Parents are still responsible to pay for the scheduled days listed in the contract above. (For example, if a parent is late picking up a child on Tuesday and is scheduled to attend child care on Wednesday. Parents must pay $35.00 prior to dropping the child off on Wednesday. If a parent chooses not to bring the child Wednesday, parents are still responsible to pay for Wednesday and the late fee on the day the child returns to childcare if the child returns after the Friday of the said week). If clients notify us at least 3 hours before pick up time they are running late we may waive the late fee. If this becomes excessive clients will be charged late fees and will lead to termination. We are open from 24 hours, however your child(ren) may only attend childcare during the contracted days and hours of care. If you need to drop your child(ren) off earlier than the time specified above please make a request at least 48 hours before and if we agree to take the child at the earlier time, there will be an early drop-off fee. This also applies to late pick ups as well. If you need additional days of childcare we may be able to accommodate with advance notice for the drop in rate of $70.00 a day in addition to your weekly fee.
