Early Voting Polling Locations. To facilitate the administration of elections, and as a convenience to the voters, during the early voting period established by statute, the LPS agrees to designate the Hays County Election Administrator's Office, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx 0000, Xxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00000 as the main early voting polling place for the LPS. Furthermore, the LPS agrees to designate temporary branch early polling places in accordance with Section 85.062, Election Code, V.T.C.A. as called out in the latest Election Orders.

Furthermore, the City agrees to designate temporary branch early polling places in accordance with Section 85.062, Election Code, V.T.C.A. as called out in the latest Election Orders.
Early Voting Polling Locations. The Early Voting locations for the elections will be at the AgriLife Auditorium, 000 X. Xxxxxxxxx St., Burnet, TX 78611 and the Courthouse South Annex in Marble Falls, 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Pkwy., Marble Falls, TX 78654. The costs incurred in connection with the AgriLife Auditorium Early Voting location will be shared only by the Burnet Consolidated Independent School District, the City of Burnet, the City of Xxxxxxx, the Central Texas Groundwater Conservation District (CTGCD) and Burnet County. The costs incurred in connection with the Courthouse South Annex Early Voting location will be shared only by the Marble Falls Independent School District, the City of Marble Falls, the City of Granite Shoals, the City of Cottonwood Shores, the City of Meadowlakes, the City of Highland Haven, the City of Horseshoe Bay, the City of Double Horn, CTGCD and Burnet County.

  • Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. ICANN may request in the future that the reports be delivered by other means and using other formats.   • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
