Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one hour increments.
Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.
Personal Day All employees shall receive a personal day in each contract year. This personal day is in addition to the holidays listed in paragraph 3 above. The personal day shall be scheduled in accordance with the following provision: Employees may select such day off on five (5) days notice to the Employer provided such selection does not result in a reduction of employees in the building below 75% of the normal work staff. Such selection shall be made in accordance with seniority.
Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Unused Personal Leave Since a number for the available personal leave days has been established, a basic discussion will need to be had regarding unused personal leave days. Naturally, these differ from vacation days since the Employer will not always be required to pay the Employee when personal leave is taken. If a dollar amount will be attached to each personal leave day that is unused so that it can be paid to that Employee then, select the first checkbox presented in the list of options provided and record the dollar amount that shall be paid for one unused personal day. Christmas or New Year's Day Off The Employer agrees to make every reasonable effort to ensure that employees required to work shift shall have at least Christmas Day or the following New Year's Day off.
Personal Leave Day A. An employee may choose one (1) workday as a personal leave day each fiscal year during the life of this Agreement if the employee has been continuously employed for more than four (4) months.
Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
Travel Time All employees shall be paid travel time allowance per day (as per Appendix A) for each day on which they present themselves for work. The allowance is to be paid for rostered days off and in the case of Apprentices, the days on which they attend trade school, but not payable for either sick leave, annual leave or public holidays. As it is an allowance received during ordinary time, it should also be included in calculations for superannuation contributions.
