The Earthquake and Flood Coverage clause defines the insurance protection provided for damages or losses resulting from earthquakes and floods. Earthquake and Flood Coverage. The District may require the Contractor to include coverage for “earthquake(s)” and/or “flood” and Contractor shall provide the price for those additional coverages for the District’s consideration prior to including or charging the District for those coverages.

The foregoing provisions of this Section 8.4 shall not be deemed or construed to require that the Builder's All‐Risk Policy include earthquake and flood insurance coverage.
