Easement for Future Trunk Watermain in Favour of Halton Region. Parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 on reference Plan 20R- prepared by Holding Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Inc., Ontario Land Surveyors. (File 00-1230-EASE2) Additional Notes: The Owner is required to obtain from the Town of Oakville easements in favour of Halton Region on lands identified as Parts 16, 17 & 18 on reference plan 20R-17477 over Parts 1, 2 & 3 on reference Plan 20R- prepared by HOLDING XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX INC (00-1230-REF20) for the purpose of sanitary and water main services. In addition the Owner is required to obtain from the Town of Oakville an easement in favour of Halton Region on lands identified as Block 5 on Registered Plan 20M- prepared by HOLDING XXXXX XXXXXXXXXX INC (00-1230-MPLAN2) for the purpose of a sanitary and watermain services. Unless alternative satisfactory arrangements have been made with the Town, no building permit for any lot until the stormwater facilities are constructed, operational and approved by the Town – Section 31(16). Note : Pond is currently in operation. No building permits for any lot until joint use Hydro, Bell and Cable TV service installed – Section 31(17). No building permits issued until Oakville Hydro approves of Hydro and street lighting installation – Section 19(2).
