Reference Plan. The Owner, at the Owner’s expense, shall engage a registered Ontario Land Surveyor to prepare, submit and register a Reference Plan, which must delineate the all of the Lands. The Owner, at the Owner’s expense, shall initially provide Two (2) copies and (1) diskette of the Plan. All files are to be projected to North American Datum (NAD 83) UTM Zone 17 Geographic Coordinate System. The Owner at the Owner’s expense shall provide additional copies of the subdivision plan in the required format upon the request of the Town. Any additional Reference Plans required to describe any portion of the Lands for which an interest (in fee simple or otherwise) is to be conveyed by the Owner shall be prepared, registered and copies supplied to the Municipality in the manner indicated above and at the expense of the Owner.
Reference Plan. Upon the signing of this Agreement, the Township shall retain a surveyor to prepare a reference plan to legally describe CIBC’s Parcel and the Township’s Parcel (the “Reference Plan”). The Reference Plan shall be subject to review and approval by CIBC prior to its registration in the appropriate Land Registry Office. All cost for the preparation and registration of the Reference Plan shall be paid by the Township.

The Owner, at the Owner’s expense, shall initially provide three (3) copies and (1) diskette of the Reference Plan. Reference Plan. The Purchaser agrees to pay for all costs associated with the preparation and registration of a reference plan for this transaction.
Reference Plan. The Vendor shall cause to be prepared by a qualified Ontario land surveyor a reference plan of survey showing the Property, any existing easements affecting the Property, any lands which are to be made subject to easements to be reserved or transferred pursuant to this Agreement and any lands which are to be made subject to use restrictions pursuant to this Agreement as Parts thereon. The proposed reference plan shall be subject to the approval of the Purchaser. The Vendor shall cause such reference plan of survey to be deposited on title at least thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date, and shall deliver to the Purchaser, at least twenty (20) days prior to the Closing Date, a copy of the deposited reference plan together with a certificate of the surveyor, certifying to the Purchaser the acreage of the Property to three decimal places. The Vendor shall bear all costs in connection with the reference plan of survey and the certificate of acreage.
Reference Plan. The legal descriptions of Parcel A and Parcel B shall be determined, and set out in the transfers, in accordance with the draft reference plan attached hereto as Appendix A, which ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ surveyor shall deposit on title prior to the Closing Date.
Reference Plan. The Dominant Owner shall be responsible for the preparation and deposit of any surveys or reference plans necessary to effect registration of this Agreement on title to the Servient Land. The cost of the reference plan shall be paid by the Dominant Owner.
