Echo Participating Employees. (i) All services necessary to continue, in all material respects, the conduct of the Echo Business in the same manner as currently conducted, and as currently planned to be conducted, by Echo Holdco and its Subsidiaries prior to the Closing are provided by Echo Participating Employees or will be provided pursuant to the Transition Services Agreements.
