Edible Food Recovery Funding. On or before June 30, 2023 and each June 30 thereafter during the Term, Contractor shall provide City with funding to assist it with contracting with third parties that will facilitate compliance with City’s obligations under 14 CCR Chapter 12, Article 10 (the “Edible Food Recovery Payment.”) The Edible Food Recovery Payment due on or before June 30, 2023 shall be the amount of $19,200.00. Thereafter, the annual amount of the Edible Food Recovery Payment due on or before June 30 each year shall be annually adjusted by the same formula set forth in Section 24.3 of the Original Agreement (as amended by this Third Amendment.)

  • STUDENT TUITION RECOVERY FUND “The State of California established the Student Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF) to relieve or mitigate economic loss suffered by a student in an educational program at a qualifying institution, who is or was a California resident while enrolled, or was enrolled in a residency program, if the student enrolled in the institution, prepaid tuition, and suffered an economic loss. Unless relieved of the obligation to do so, you must pay the state-imposed assessment for the STRF, or it must be paid on your behalf, if you are a student in an educational program, who is a California resident, or are enrolled in a residency program, and prepay all or part of your tuition. You are not eligible for protection from the STRF, and you are not required to pay the STRF assessment, if you are not a California resident, or are not enrolled in a residency program.”

  • Expected Amortization Schedule for Principal Unless an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing on each Payment Date, the Indenture Trustee shall distribute to the Holders of record as of the related Record Date amounts payable pursuant to Section 8.02(e) of the Indenture as principal, in the following order and priority: (1) to the holders of the Tranche A-1 Recovery Bonds, until the Outstanding Amount of such Tranche of Recovery Bonds thereof has been reduced to zero; (2) to the holders of the Tranche A-2 Recovery Bonds, until the Outstanding Amount of such Tranche of Recovery Bonds thereof has been reduced to zero; (3) to the holders of the Tranche A-3 Recovery Bonds, until the Outstanding Amount of such Tranche of Recovery Bonds thereof has been reduced to zero; provided, however, that in no event shall a principal payment pursuant to this Section 3(c) on any Tranche on a Payment Date be greater than the amount necessary to reduce the Outstanding Amount of such Tranche of Recovery Bonds to the amount specified in the Expected Amortization Schedule set forth on Schedule A hereto for such Tranche and Payment Date.

  • Cost Recovery for RSTEP Requests by Registry Operator for the approval of Additional Services pursuant to Section 2.1 may be referred by ICANN to the Registry Services Technical Evaluation Panel (“RSTEP”) pursuant to that process at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/. In the event that such requests are referred to RSTEP, Registry Operator shall remit to ICANN the invoiced cost of the RSTEP review within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of a copy of the RSTEP invoice from ICANN, unless ICANN determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, to pay all or any portion of the invoiced cost of such RSTEP review.

  • Cost Recovery Fee You understand and agree that in order for XOOM to offer and fulfill its fixed rate obligation to you, it has to purchase electricity in advance of usage in amounts needed to cover the full term of this Agreement. If you cancel this Agreement early, you will be responsible for paying the cost recovery fee (“Cost Recovery Fee”) set forth in the Contract Summary, which is intended not as a penalty, but simply to offset the cost of selling the unused portion of your electricity to others and estimated lost revenue that XOOM may incur from such a sale, if any, and related expenses. It will take time for your local utility company to cancel your XOOM account. During that time you agree to pay for the electricity you consume that is supplied by XOOM.

  • COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2022-23, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2024-25 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2024, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.

  • Distributions to Certificateholders; Payment of Special Primary Insurance Premiums (a) On each Distribution Date, the Trustee (or any duly appointed paying agent) shall (i) subject to Section 3.05(a)(viii), withdraw from the Certificate Account any Special Primary Insurance Premium payable on such Distribution Date and pay such amount to the insurer under the applicable Special Primary Insurance Policy and (ii) withdraw from the Certificate Account the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and distribute, from the amount so withdrawn, to the extent of the REMIC II Available Distribution Amount, the REMIC II Distribution Amount to the Certificateholders (including the Class R Certificateholders with respect to any distribution to the Holders of the Class R-2 Residual Interest), all in accordance with the written statement received from the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02(b). Any Special Primary Insurance Premiums distributed pursuant to clause (i) above shall be distributed by means of payment acceptable to the insurer under the respective Special Primary Insurance Policy. Amounts distributed to the Certificateholders pursuant to clause (ii) above shall be distributed by wire transfer in immediately available funds for the account of, or by check mailed to, each such Certificateholder of record on the immediately preceding Record Date (other than as provided in Section 9.01 respecting the final distribution), as specified by each such Certificateholder and at the address of such Holder appearing in the Certificate Register. (c) Whenever, on the basis of Curtailments, Payoffs and Monthly Payments on the Mortgage Loans and Insurance Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds received and expected to be received during the Payoff Period, the Master Servicer has notified the Trustee that it believes that the entire remaining unpaid Class Principal Balance of any Class of Certificates will become distributable on the next Distribution Date, the Trustee shall, no later than the 18th day of the month of such Distribution Date, mail or cause to be mailed to each Person in whose name a Certificate to be so retired is registered at the close of business on the Record Date and to the Rating Agencies a notice to the effect that: (i) it is expected that funds sufficient to make such final distribution will be available in the Certificate Account on such Distribution Date, and (ii) if such funds are available, (A) such final distribution will be payable on such Distribution Date, but only upon presentation and surrender of such Certificate at the office or agency of the Certificate Registrar maintained for such purpose (the address of which shall be set forth in such notice), and (B) no interest shall accrue on such Certificate after such Distribution Date.

  • Medical/Dental Expense Account The Employer agrees to allow insurance eligible employees to participate in a medical and dental expense reimbursement program to cover co- payments, deductibles and other medical and dental expenses or expenses for services not covered by health or dental insurance on a pre-tax basis as permitted by law or regulation, up to the maximum amount of salary reduction contributions allowed per calendar year under Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable federal law.

  • Supplemental Funding Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances. The State will comply with all Federal program agency policies and procedures for requesting supplemental grant funding. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for the Medical Assistance Program and associated administrative payments (CFDA 93.778): The State must submit a revised Medicaid Program Budget Report (CMS-37) to request supplemental funding. The CMS guidelines and instructions for completing the CMS-37 are provided in Section 2600F of the State Medicaid Manual (SMM). The CMS/CO must receive the revised Form CMS-37 through the Medicaid Budget Expenditure System/Children's Budget Expenditure System (MBES/CBES) no later than 10 calendar days before the end of the quarter for which the supplemental grant award is being requested. Additional guidance on this policy is available from the respective CMS Regional Office, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for TANF (CFDA 93.558), CCDF (CFDA 93.575), CSE (93.563), and the FC/AA (CFDA 93.658 and CFDA 93.659) programs administered by the U.S. Department of Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (HHS/ACF): a. Timing of the Request A State should initiate its request for supplemental funding during a quarter as soon as it becomes aware of the fact that a shortfall does/will exist. For the TANF and CCDF grants, supplemental funding requests (estimates) may be submitted by a State, for consideration by ACF, up through and including the 15th day of the third month of the first, second or third quarter of any fiscal year. Since TANF and CCDF are block grant programs, all unawarded portions of the annual allotment will automatically be issued at the beginning of the fourth quarter. Therefore, supplemental funding requests will not be available during the fourth quarter for these programs. For the CSE and FC/AA programs, supplemental funding requests may be submitted by a state, for consideration by ACF, up through and including the 15th day of the third month of any quarter of a fiscal year.
