Common use of Editorial Equipment Clause in Contracts

Editorial Equipment. All editorial equipment, when used for the purpose of performing work functions covered by this Agreement, shall be operated by a Guild Member subject to this Agreement except: (a) for the purposes of training or instruction; (b) for the purposes of experimenting with new editorial equipment or processes; (c) as expressly provided otherwise by this Agreement, provided that no Guild Member loses any compensation as a result, unless expressly provided otherwise by this Agreement.
