EDPlan Document Language Translation. PCG's integrated language translations feature allows users to instantly create translated documents within seconds using Google's proprietary API. Terms below only apply to the translation feature. The language translation feature will translate EDPlan documents. The languages that will be translated for the term of this Agreement will be English, Spanish, Haitian Creole, French, Portuguese, Russian, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Chinese (Mandarin). feature is integrated into the familiar process of drafting/finalizing documents in the IEP Module, making the need for user training minimal. PCG will provide user guides demonstrating the translation tool. With respect to the Google Translate API that is used to power translation, the accuracy of any translation is exclusively determined by Google Translate and i which govern all use of Google Translate. In addition, EDPlan will provide the following disclaimer to the EDPlan site, which will govern all use of the translation feature: THIS SERVICE MAY CONTAIN TRANSLATIONS POWERED BY GOOGLE. GOOGLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE TRANSLATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. PCG disclaims all warranties, makes no representations, and assumes no liability for the accuracy of the translation provided by the Google Translation API. PCG will include a footer on every translated page, in the translated language, containing the following disclaimer:

EDPlan Document Language Translation. The cost of EDPlan Document Language Translation to SBBC is One Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Sixteen Dollars and 13/100 Cents ($139,516.13) for the time period of January 14, 2023 through June 30, 2023; and Three Hundred Thousand Dollars and 00/100 Cents ($300,000.00) for the time period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024; for a total of Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Sixteen Dollars and 13/100 Cents ($439,516.13).

  • Complete Agreement; Governing Language This License constitutes the entire agreement between you and Apple relating to the use of the Apple Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this License will be binding unless in writing and signed by Apple.   • Mandate Letter language The Funder will receive a Mandate Letter from the Ministry annually. Each Mandate Letter articulates areas of focus for the Funder, and the Ministry’s expectation that the Funder and health service providers it funds will collaborate to advance these areas of focus. To assist the HSP in its collaborative efforts with the Funder, the Funder will share each relevant Mandate Letter with the HSP. The Funder may also add local obligations to Schedule D as appropriate to further advance any priorities set put in a Mandate Letter.
