Education Incentive Pay. (1) Each Officer holding an Associate’s degree or sixty (60) hours of college credit shall be paid one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month. (2) Each Officer holding a Bachelor's degree shall be paid two hundred and twenty dollars ($220.00) per month. (3) Each Officer holding a Master’s degree shall be paid three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month.
