Education Plan. The CHC-MCO must create and disseminate written materials for the purpose of educating its employees, Providers, subcontractors and subcontractors’ employees about healthcare Fraud laws, the CHC-MCO’s policies and procedures for preventing and detecting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse and the rights of individuals to act as whistleblowers. The CHC- MCO must provide written policies to all employees and to any contractor or agent that provides detailed information about the False Claims Act and other Federal and State laws described in 42 U.S.C. § 1396a(a)(68) and 62 P.S. §1401, et. seq., including information about rights of employees to be protected as whistleblowers.
