The Education Programme clause defines the obligations and framework for providing educational or training activities under an agreement. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the educational services to be delivered, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and setting expectations for performance and outcomes.
Education Programme. 1.1 Before the completion of the North Yard Visitor Facility MVV shall (in consultation with the North Yard Community Trust) submit to the Council in writing the Education Programme 1.2 The Plant shall not be brought into Operation until the Council has approved in writing the Education Programme 1.3 Without prejudice to the timetable for implementation which is to be contained in the Education Programme with effect from a date six (6) months after the date of approval of the Education Programme MVV shall implement the Education Programme 1.4 The Education Programme may be varied from time to time by the submission in writing by MVV to the Council of a revised Education Programme for approval and with effect from the date of approval in writing by the Council of the revised Education Programme that revised programme shall constitute the Education Programme for the purposes of this Agreement
Education Programme. An agreed educational plan and the expectations of the Referring School will be detailed, for each individual pupil, on the Aspire Academy’s Referral Form, which will be completed in all pupil referral cases. Referrals are made with the best interests of the pupils in mind and to that end, pupils may remain at the Aspire Academy and reintegration/transition may occur post 16. Referring schools should share with the Aspire academy all careers interventions and work experiences where appropriate, as well as what RSE the pupil has had access to. This should go beyond what has been planned to teach a year group, but what a young person has had access to. Pupils will follow a tailored curriculum, which will include: English, maths, and science, and may include, PSHE, Geography, Computing, Citizenship, Physical Education and vocational subjects; which will be personalised to individual needs. There is a strong safeguarding programme which is woven throughout the school structure. Placement objectives need to be set by the referring school that are SMART and reviews of placements should be conducted with these in mind at regular intervals between 4 and 6 times a year. An initial review will be held at 3 weeks and then again at 6 weeks and by agreement thereafter.
Education Programme. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide access to the following Education Programme licences, products and services (“Educational Products and Services”), including a robust curriculum that combines proven and rigorous educational content and materials with the best in technology-enhanced learning such that a significant portion of the curriculum is delivered through the internet and other electronic means (the “Curriculum”). The Curriculum is updated regularly, based on a rigorous analysis of student performance, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will continue to modify or change the curriculum as required. The Curriculum includes: a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Courses, provided through ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Online Academy, and augmented by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-provided Instructional Services (“Courses”). Courses may be modified from time to time and may be subject to the relevant approval processes before they can be made available for Student enrolment. b) in accordance with the licence terms set forth herein, a licence to use all required curricular and instructional materials that are part of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ standard digital offering, including: textbooks; ancillary materials such as workbooks, kits, and texts; and other instructional resources (collectively “Instructional Materials”). An initial review will be held at 3 weeks and then again at 6 weeks and by agreement thereafter. Any Year 11 pupil referred after 1st January 2024 will be expected to be on roll until 30th June 2024.

Education Programme. All Parties will discuss the implementation of an education programme (targeting young people) to promote the inclusion of people with an impairment through Para sport. If All Parties agree to implement the education programme through the Asian Para Games 2026, the LOC shall use the best efforts to collaborate with the APC and the JPSA and use the IPC’s global education programmes (including, but not limited to, I’ m POSSIBLE).

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Education - Asthma This plan covers asthma education services when the services are prescribed by a
