Educational Leadership Leave. Educational Leadership Leave shall be defined as a teacher’s participation on or with a local, state or federal committee dealing with educational issues that shall have an impact on the Oregon City Schools’ future operations. Educational Leadership Leave shall be granted without loss of pay to teachers according to the following guidelines:
